2. Sketch and design your own emoji in your notebook, on paper or digitally and write a short paragraph describing it. What does it look like? What category is it in? How do you think people will use it when they're sending a text? Submit via assignment
3. Continue to work on your free writing piece that you started last week.

1. Read a storybook (kid’s book) aloud to someone else. A sibling, parent, classmate or family pet! Choose a story that has multiple characters and try to differentiate between the characters as you read. Remember all the stories read by Mrs. Rothfusz during Black History Month? Now it’s your turn to start practicing! Need more inspiration or modelling?
